The traditional cabinet is intelligentized through the intelligent management and control unit; through the use of intelligent automatic reclosing to replace the original air switch, remote closing and status monitoring are realized; through the central centralized management platform, the centralized visual management of the system is realized, and the overall system is improved. The operation and maintenance level reduces the maintenance cost in the later period and improves the maintenance efficiency.

I. Cabinet

1. Cabinet material: The cabinet is made of high-quality stainless steel and sprayed with outdoor powder. The overall thickness of the material is not less than 1.2mm, which is stable and firm;

2. Surface treatment: The surface is smooth and clean, free of defects such as scratches, cracks, deformation, discoloration, and coating shedding;

3. Box structure: The bottom is equipped with heat dissipation holes and drainage holes, and the top is equipped with ventilation holes, which can prevent insects, rats and other small animals from entering; the door lock of the box has an embedded design, which is not exposed and difficult to enter. The cabinet has good performance in terms of heat dissipation, moisture resistance, condensation prevention, and electricity safety;

4. The chassis can choose floor-standing, pole-mounted, or wall-mounted hoop installation according to actual conditions;

5. The cabinet is equipped with enough internal installation space, reserved for the installation of transmission equipment (such as industrial Ethernet switches) and other equipment required on site, and the outside width of the cabinet can be adjusted according to actual needs;

6. All circuits in the box must be equipped with permanent marks, and the equipment power supply such as main switch, 1# camera, 2# camera, optical transceiver, etc. must be clearly marked;

7. All cables and wires in the box adopt the colors and numbers specified by the national standard.

II. Power supply

III. Comprehensive management

1. It has multiple and multiple signal input and output interfaces, and the total number of interfaces is not less than 14 channels, which can collect or monitor temperature, power supply status or signal status of front-end access equipment such as mains and cameras;

2. The execution function of the back-end control instructions: support and satisfy the back-end system preset/compilation of partitions, grouping, equipment control, information release plans, and effective execution through the front-end equipment box. For example, the warning light (JSD) provides an open control interface to support specific application development or customization functions of the background system, including but not limited to, support and meet the partition and grouping performed by the front-end equipment box preset/programmed by the background system The information release program supports the realization of the linkage information release function with other subsystems through the information release program preset/compiled by the back-end system and executed by the front-end equipment box;

3. Power distribution loop control and monitoring function: it has remote power supply control and power supply monitoring for the background command of the main AC loop (AC220V), and it can realize the remote power supply control and power supply monitoring for each AC loop (AC220V). Power supply control includes power off and restart of the power supply loop, and power supply monitoring includes monitoring of parameters such as voltage. Equipped with remote power supply control and power supply monitoring for each loop (AC220/2424V or DC12V) to achieve background commands; power supply control includes power supply loop power failure, restart, etc., power supply monitoring includes voltage, which can realize current and power monitoring;

4. Real-time monitoring function of environmental information: real-time monitoring of environmental information such as the temperature in the box;

5. Real-time monitoring function of box door status: It has real-time monitoring function of box door opening and closing status;

6. Abnormal warning function: if temperature or humidity data is detected outside the normal range, an abnormal temperature and humidity alarm message will be generated; if abnormal power supply data is detected, an abnormal power supply alarm message will be generated for the equipment; when the box door is opened abnormally, the box camera will be activated. Picture capture, start alarm recording, generate sound and light alarm;

7. Communication function: Equipped with an Ethernet communication interface, it can upload the front-end equipment monitoring information to the management platform, and deliver all kinds of platform control information to the front-end equipment.

Features

The system uses distributed collection, centralized management and analysis to realize automatic management of remote operation and maintenance. The main features of the system are as follows:

Distributed data collection is in full compliance with industry specifications and uploaded to the centralized monitoring and management platform via Ethernet.

2) Real-time and reliable alarm analysis and management

Collect the status of each monitoring point in real time, and analyze and judge the monitoring point. When the status changes or exceeds the set threshold, an alarm is triggered. The alarm response time is within 10s, and the failure is expected to occur in a timely and effective manner.

3) Comprehensive and effective automated management

Based on the real-time monitoring data, the system can set alarm thresholds, and alarms will be generated when the threshold is lowered or exceeded, which improves equipment utilization and truly realizes automatic management of operation and maintenance.

4) Configured graphical man-machine interface

The system realizes graphical man-machine management interface, provides diversified report statistics and analysis functions, and the operation is intuitive and convenient.
